The 17th International Green Energy Conference & the 6th International Conference on Energy and AI & the Arctic Energy Forum will be held in Reykjavík, Iceland in October 12 - 15, 2025. The conference will be held in the Harpa Conference Center from the 12-14 October with the optional educational tour on the 15th October. See agenda for details.

Please note: There are limitations to the number of participants, so secure your registration at your earliest convenience!

 

Registration Conference fees (12-14 October)

In-person (Fee includes: conference material; coffee, refreshments and lunches on the three conference days; and a conference gala evening on the 13th including three course dinner). Registration is required by all participants:

  • Regular: Early bird 675 EUR. From August 01, 2025 775 EUR.
  • Student: Early bird 480 EUR. From August 01, 2025 580 EUR.

Optional - Energy Tour, Wednesday October 15th

Energy experience and educational tours for IGEC25 participants. Visit and learn about energy projects in Iceland from experts.

Tours depart Reykjavik downtown by bus at 09.00, arriving back to downtown at around 19.00.

Price - USD 195 per person. Included: bus fee, qualified guide, lunch, entrance fees and light refreshments during the tour.

Disclaimer:

  • Registration prizes are based on the February currency exchange rates between the local currency, Icelandic Krona and USD. Please note that the organizers will adjust the USD prize should the value of the dollar decrease more than 5% as all conference cost are paid in local currency. Should an increase need to occur it will only affect those who have not confirmed their registration with payment at that time.
  • Refundable at 80% before being issued an official invitation letter and before September 12, 2025.
  • Non-refundable after being issued an official invitation letter or after September 12, 2025.
  • Each presenter can present maximum of two papers

 

Invitation Letter

The conference will provide a formal Invitation Letter for delegates who explicitly request for.

 

In order to issue the Invitation Letter, please provide the following information:

 

    • The confirmation of payment of a correct registration fee
    • Full name and Title
    • Affiliation
    • Date of Birth
    • Passport number and the name of the country issuing the passport
    • Paper ID (if any)
